Clean and Simple Thank you

Happy Halloween!  Here’s to hoping nothing bad happens today.  Just some nice tricks and treats.

I feel like I did Halloween already, since we celebrated a bit with friends this weekend.  Friends with kids!  I don’t see them very often, so it was pretty neat to spend a good chunk of time with them and their boys.  It’s a bit of a glimpse into our future.  Woah.. we’re going to have a baby in 3 months!  I’d better get my sewing on today!

About this card – So quick!  A strip of Designer Series Paper (Paisley Petals), two strips of the Scallop Trim Border, and a stamped and punched sentiment from the Decorative Label punch.

They make a very easy set of cards.

About Shauna

I fell in love with the art of rubber stamping when I was 12 years old. I blame my grandparents. I already had every crafty hobby imaginable when they bought me a few stamps, an ink pad, and some embossing powder. I was hooked. From that point on, no special occasion has gone unmarked by one of my hand-crafted creations. Scrapbooking came next, and though it isn't my first love, it's a close second.

    Shauna,

I am on your website all the time. I just love it…all your CAS cards. My friend Julie and I are still trying to figure out where you find all the time to cook, go on hubby dates, and, of course, make cards. You are quite amazing!

I’m in Indiana and work full time but my pace must be much slower than yours. (That and the fact my kids are all older than you are.)

    Keep up the good work.

    Hi Margaret,

Thanks so much for the lovely comment! I never know who is reading my blog, so it’s so nice to hear from a reader.

I just work part time, so that’s how I’m able to do lots of crafting, cooking, etc. I’m incredibly lucky to be able to do all this. Things may change once we have a little one to take care of though!
