Simple Valentine

Happy hearts day.  I know that not everyone likes to celebrate it.. but hey, isn’t it just a good day to show your friendship, too?  It doesn’t have to be about whether you’re single or not.  I love my friends, and I want them to know it.

This was the last card for my valentine’s class.  It was the class favourite because of the simplicity, the clean lines, and how easy it was to make – especially since I had all the papers pre-cut.  Stamp the main image, use markers for the love image, and add a jewel. Round the corners, glue together, and you’re done.

To recap, here’s the class set:

Have a great day, and use the opportunity to tell someone that you care.  <3

About Shauna

I fell in love with the art of rubber stamping when I was 12 years old. I blame my grandparents. I already had every crafty hobby imaginable when they bought me a few stamps, an ink pad, and some embossing powder. I was hooked. From that point on, no special occasion has gone unmarked by one of my hand-crafted creations. Scrapbooking came next, and though it isn't my first love, it's a close second.
